1. About Us

DressMeNow! (dressmenow.com) is an Australian online retailer of cultured synthetic opal jewellery. All products sold on this site are cultured synthetic opals unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Products

All jewellery sold on this site features cultured synthetic opal — a laboratory-created or manufactured material designed to replicate the appearance and play-of-colour of natural opal.

Important: Synthetic opal products vary in composition and may include resin, glass, polymer, or other manufactured materials. They are not natural or mined opals and make no claim to be. Exact material composition varies by product and supplier.

Where specific material information is available it will be noted in the individual product description. If you have metal allergies or sensitivities and related specific material specifications are not shown before purchasing, you should not purchase.

All products are clearly represented as synthetic and are priced accordingly.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Your order is charged at the price displayed at time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The payment details you provide are valid and authorised
• The delivery address you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Important — please read carefully:

DressMeNow! operates as a dropship retailer. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party supplier. As a result:
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Standard delivery is approximately 7–20 business days
• Delivery times may be affected by customs or delays
• A tracking number will be provided once dispatched
• We are not responsible for customs or carrier delays
• Free shipping applies unless otherwise stated

International customs and duties: Any import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to a return and refund if your item:
• Arrives damaged
• Is significantly different from what was described
• Has a manufacturing defect

To request a return:
• Contact us within 30 days
• Email us with your order number and photos
• Do not return items without contacting us first

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. No change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days with photos.

7. Fulfilment & Packaging Notice

Your order is fulfilled and shipped by our international supplier. Packages may show the supplier’s address — this is normal.

Do not return items to the supplier. All returns must go through DressMeNow!.

8. Supplier Fulfilment

If a supplier issue occurs (stock, delays, failure), we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

9. Limitation of Liability

DressMeNow! is not liable for indirect loss, delays, or allergic reactions. Nothing limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

11. Privacy

We collect personal information only to process your order. We do not sell your data. See dressmenow.com/privacy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Queensland law.
